I am a automotive dismantler. I work at a recycling yard in CT. I been doing it for 5 years now and I love it because I get to work on all typs of cars. I have also learned what cars not to buy because of their mechanical and body faults. I also am the car placement engineer or loader operater. Can you belive I had to take a test to operate a loader and learn how to pick up cars.

GREAT idea!! :grinyes:

I'm an Assistant Business Development Manager for Mortgage Lenders Network, USA... that's what's on my business card at least!! Basically, I help support 9 field sales reps that are out in the field selling our mortgage products to brokers (we're a wholesale 3rd party lender)... you see advertisements for Argent, Ameriquest, Decision One... those are my direct competitors... :gripe: :banghead:

In about a month, I should be getting promoted to a Business Development Manager (drop the Ass part  ) and I'll be selling our products to a section of MN... I'm looking forward to it as that means LOTS more $$ for the 'Cuda!!

Some of you other guys do some really cool sounding things...

I'm an estimator for a sitework construction contractor. (excavating, drainage, underground utilities & paving) Sometimes I do some survey layout & locatiing for the same company, but not much of that anymore since the projects have gotten too large for me to do it alone. Prior to that I worked for a civil engineer doing land surveying & drafting, & before that it was home improvements & new consrtuction. Went to college for architecture, but life got me side tracked & never finished.

Always hated math & never saw the need for all the calculations we were taught. Go figure.

Oh, & I'm waiting for a part time position to open up where I can stay at home & test new, free, stereo equipment & CD's as well as food & beer taste tests.  ;D
