Thinking of buying this, not sure if it's a real cuda and matching if so.

Have not bid yet was waiting to see if reserve would hit.

What are your opinions, wiw?

no way to know for sure without the VIN# at least. fender tag would be even better. have you emailed the seller yet for more info? broadcast sheet?

    1. Not much description.   2. No mention of build sheet/fender tag/matching #'s.  3 Take a close look at the engine pics. Pinch weld @ cowl to firewall looks crusty/rusty under paint.  4. No undercarriage pics. 5. Check his Ebay status.

Value wise I think it's $25K-$30K maybe depending on documentation. People don't realize that to maximise the resale value of your 71 Cuda serious collector type buyers want to know about numbers matching and documentation.

The firewall looks nasty which leads me to believe there are a lot of hidden rust issues.

Inner fender to shock plate too. I wouldn't bid on it without personally looking at it.

Thanks for the replys, I thought the firewall looked a little funny looked at closer looks pretty bad.

From the description....it has to be a 340 billboard cuda. If it isn't a real cuda his ad is very deceptive. It's not a $40k car buy under $30k would probably be a no brainer if it's a Cuda with a fender tag. I'm looking at the photos on my phone and i have been drinking so I could be crazy...
