    Exciting day today, went to the shop and actually witnessed them painting the car. Saw it go from primer to Base Coat. I didn't stay for the 3 coats of clear. I'll go back tomorrow. Hope to have her back home early next week. And NZ I know this post is worthless without pictures. But I will post some when I get her home. ;D

    Well, I got her back from the shop yesterday. I am very happy with the job they did. I've got alot of work ahead of me but I'll post more as I complete reinstallation of parts and pieces. 8)

    That looks fantastic!!  Nice mirror down the side of the car!!   Gotta love that!!   I would be happy with that too from what I can see!!  Sweet!!  Good for you!!!  Sometimes it tough to find a decent painter that cares!!    :guitar:

    After talkin with a bunch of decent shops I went with this guy cause I got the feelin he would want the car to turn out as good as I did. It was funny when I went to pick it up he took a lot of pride in it. He's thinking of going totally resto now. That would be good cause hardly anyone does just resto, it takes alot more care then pushin out collisions everyday. Thanks for all the nice compliments. 8)
