Dave at Roseville has the correct tray. It comes with the 2 gaskets (1 for block to tray, and 1 tray to pan). You need to drop the tie rod to take the pan off, clean the block and pan rail real good, hammer the holes from the top of the pan back down so they are flat, and use black RTV when re-installing.
IMHO every 440 should have a tray. Most likely you will see a small performance gain, but your engine will operate more efficiently without the oil slopping all around.
