Life story with my projects. Jump in with both feet and hit the inevitable oh sh....
Move on to other work all the while pondering the next step for the one sitting.  Light bulb eventually comes on and jump in again with both feet.

Definitely curious how this will play out.
Will be watching....

Not sure when I will get back to it, trying get back on the Cuda and I am not sure where the truck is going. If I fall into a hydraulic system or an epiphany as to what I am going to do I might jump back onto it.

So, you're saying it has air brakes?  Or is it air over hydraulic?

appears to be air over hydraulic; but then again it is weird compared to what I have seen in those systems. There is an air tank, however the boosters are connected to engine vacuum. I need to figure out how the system works more intricately because obviously I don't know as much as I thought...

Weird.  Should be easy enough to trace the lines though from wherever the pump is.

exactly what I was thinking, but I need to crawl back under and really look at it. I followed the lines (or thought I did). Could be that the brakes are still dragging and they just released... That said, I am sure I saw an air tank.

Yeah I know and I really need to stop procrastinating on the Cuda. Since I am at the panel fitment stage which is a little daunting, frustrating and time consuming. I think part of my issue is indecision; I am beginning to get into some areas which are not my forte. I could take it to someone, but I do not want to do that. I need to gut through it and move on and get this car done one way or another. I have a road runner waiting for it's hemi...

I think I am ok, I just need to get off my backside and attend to it. Its been rainy, windy and cold here in the Pacific NW and work has been draining the life out of me; so I just haven't gotten to it. The good news however is that I am leaning that direction now so I should be back on it soon. Right at this moment I am sorting out my new Mill Drill (have to wire up a rotary phase converter) and bead roller (motorizing the roller)

Very nice!

I also have a problem collecting tools and machinery.  I really want a mill and lathe to go with the welders/plasma/DoAll saw.  I tell myself then I can build anything... Plus, then I can rebarrel rifles and ream my own chambers in addition to doing headwork.

Looks like we all share that addiction.. I use my tools to work on vehicles and guns a lot (Greg knows what I am talking about). Tools and machinery only feed the addiction. Like all of you I suspect, I obtain equipment (tools/machinery) because I convince myself they will make my projects better. Some of it does, some of it doesn't but it isn't for a lack of trying.

I have been seriously contemplating a tire changing machine and balancer for while; keep talking myself out of them but they keep coming back.
