Help identifying my A833 4 speed

Hi guys, I have a car with a 4 speed trans. It has following numbers on it

PP8332861
H4-C99129

Can someone help me out?

 70 Challenger-Oct 69 build. Top numbers are the VIN.

9A301751    The 9 indicates 1969 model year....  The A is Lynch Rd assembly plant... 301751 is last 6 of the VIN... 
PP8332861    PP833 Kinda obvious....  2861 May 28th 1969....
