You should get their sump kit and walbro in tank pump, you'll regret not doing it down the road.

I'm anxiously following this, you better take some good pictures for me!!! :)
 I plan on doing a lot of fuel upgrades over the next few months.  (Same EFI tank, in tank pump, sending unit on their website for stock Chrysler gauges, etc.). I will eventually go EFI after the bill is spread out some, but might buy a new carb to see if it works first.

I'm moving to 4000 ft of altitude so thought the modern stuff would make life easier and help with the constant carb problems on the 10% ethanol pump gas that's everywhere

I bought their tank, pump & ender as well... Then afterwards read that some folks have problems with their sender.... Apparently theres another company that makes compatible sending units that are better quality.... If I have issues I'll look into it, for now it's just another thing to loose sleep over..

I had to screw around setting up the sender. They include the instructions. You will need to make the sender "chassis" the correct length as well as the float arm. I also ended up slightly bending it to get the 73-10 ohms on my multimeter so I'm hopeful it should work ok ....?  I also bought Holley hydramat  16-102 to try out?

Sounds like you've done everything right, no surprise, you seem to do pretty well.. :grinno:  Trouble with all aftermarket this stuff you do everything right & still need voodoo dolls & incense...  :roflsmiley:

 :lol:  very true. Usually ( not always) aftermarket mechanical stuff seems to work out ok for me. It's the sheetmetal and repop stuff that seems to have issues with fit/finish / quality as compared to NOS parts.

I was asked about how specifically my fuel feed setup is.
Here was my response and also a better pic of regulator mounting. Please note this is a hybrid setup until final EFI conversion.

It's setup is s bit unconventional because there is mostly 2 systems there. Regulator is mounted directually to the back end of my fuel rail.
But...
Because I am still using the carburetor I plugged the ID of the connecting fitting. Basically the rail is just a mount.
The current carbed setup is. Initial feed line comes up from rear of carb. T's to secondary float, continues and T's to primaries, continues on and loops under manifold runners (Air gap) and back to regulator. Then from reg it returns to tank.

EFI setup the feed line will "Y" from under runners and connect to both fronts of the rails. Currently plugged fitting will be opened by the regulator and the 2nd rail return will also be connected to regulator. Post regulated return line to the tank will remain the same as it is now.

Did you ever get to assemble this pump, unit and tank?  Any issues?  Did you get it installed?  Also, do they have a tank pad (between the tank and trunk floor) or do you have to buy that from somewhere else?

They got rubber pieces they call "strap liners", can also be used instead of the tank pad. I bought 4 of those.
Have not assembled mine either.
