BAM, in Europe, i think nobody cares if the Challenger is a 1st day production car, they don't even care if it is OE restored (to tell the truth, being a plain 318 SE Challenger isn't something too cool when you look at it). In Europe (most people) they just love to own a cool American Muscle Car. Dave is right, big block and a four speed, appearing stock (i mean R/T stock), is the key to success. I would pay a lot more money for a 440 Challenger clone (which i did) rather than a plain jain Challenger, which ultimately i would transform it to a R/T clone. Which is better looking?
