Allright...so a few more pics fro fun..
Nut off..
you can see the bearing race that lives under the nut.
Under the race is the first of two bearings
That bearing rides on the race below , which also hides a second bearing. The race also holds in the lower reaction spring.
Now you can pull off the lower reaction spring, retaining ring as well as the lower race.
I was going to stop there....but my FSM shows a seal under the "head"
which means I needed to take that off as well.
One difficualt snap ring later:
Shows this litte guy!
Now everything on the piston is disassembled. Time to clean it all up well, wait on the rebuild kit (I decided to wait a bit to order it).
