Correct placements for RT and Challenger script on grill ??

Are there any measurements or good pics for 70 challenger front grill that shows the placement for the RT badge and Challenger script ???

I am sure there is, however I have never see it. The way the badge and grille are, you can put them almost wherever you wish; that said I am sure you want it to look factory, you need a resto guy for that. I centered mine on the grille and spaced slightly from the left side (as if you were sitting in the car). I looked at a lot of factory/period pictures and took a shot.

I have some books about E-Bodies. Most of them show it like this:


The emblems have studs, so just measure the squares on where to exactly put them.

How do these fit on, are they just studs and nuts on the back?  I ordered a repop one online and its just got pointed ends on the back.  They aren't threaded and there's no fasteners or anything

Like Challenger HK said, these, just a little wider, although they will work...

Did a bit of research online a while back when I was looking for the same answer.  Found there was nothing really consistent.  I ended up doing mine like one photo I found to be from a "correctly restored" R/T Challenger.  I've attached a photo of my emblem placement.  It's centered, and looks to be the proper distance from the edge of the hoop.

Your R in R/T is just a little low...
