    Hello all, I'm originally From Detroit, Mich. and grew up enjoying all the muscle cars from the 60's and 70's. I moved to California over 30 years ago, and have been restoring Muscle cars for the past 25 years. My current project is a 1972 Cuda.(restoring for a friend) The car has a 1970 Challenger T/A 340 engine and 4 speed transmission. (not original to the vehicle) but the owner wants to keep the 4 speed trans and sell the TA engine. I will be posting the engine for sale in the next several weeks. 
    I have restored several Mopars, (68 and 69 Dodge Chargers) an AMC Javelin and many Fords and GM Muscle cars, but this will be my first E body, so I will be researching this site for parts and info during the build process.

    That really narrows it down hahaha. Your county is bigger than most any of the New England states.  I spent a lot of time in voctorville as a kid, and of course always stopping in Barstow during our trips to Vegas haha I'm always happy to see another mopar in California.  Welcome once again

    I get to work up your way sometimes. Remember the North fire that crossed the 15 near Baldy Mesa at the Cajon Pass that burned up a lot of cars? My crew went up there to fight that fire and then one broke at the Mountain High. That was a fun trip.

    I do remember that. I saw the damage it caused several weeks after the fire. From the looks of the area that was burned, I can tell it was a long and difficult battle.
