Yep saw it on the weekend...I thought it was a great movie, a solid 8 out of 10.

saw it, can't give my real opinion without giving away spoilers. I enjoyed it, but was disappointing in the story line. he had so many potential avenues to take it, so much material already out there. and he created this instead. enjoyable, yet forgettable.

I loved it! Seen it twice so far and already have plans to see it twice more. I thought I was going to not like BB-8, but instead absolutely love that droid.

I kind of liked the simple story line, very easy to follow.
There's one MAJOR part of the movie I thought they could have gone without.

I liked the blending of the old movies to this movie.  I heard there will be a new star wars movie every year coming up.  I think this movie will kick off a new generation of star wars lovers and we will have to wait for something truly epic in the near future.

I can't wait to see it. Probably wait another week or two and avoid the crowds.
By then it should begin to subside.

A new AMAX theatre is opening in a few weeks near us.

Agreed with Jason, a good 8 out of 10. Equal to the original, IMO; not as good as Empire, but everything came together on that one. Orders of magnitude better than the prequels. Unlike those, this one has heart.
