Power Window relay kits - plug and play
« on: December 23, 2015 - 12:29:12 AM »
An essentially plug and play power window relay kit.  I use Tyco/Bosch relay exclusively, no low dollar pieces ever.  I utilize as much US or North American (Canadian) sourced product as possible.  I try to never use anything but US made wire, cost more, better quality.

Kits are set up using a subsidiary fuse box, fed with a 10ga wire from the starter relay.  Each window motor has a dedicated 20 amp fuse and 12ga wire from fuse box to relays.  Packard 56 connectors are utilized to tap relays in series into the OEM harness connectors.  No cutting of the OEM harness required. There are 2 ground wires from each relay that require attachment. Each feed wire is left long and crimp terminals are included to finish all window power feed wire at the fuse box for a custom fit.

A 6 gang fuse box is pictured as the pictured kit is going into a convertible car utilizing a convertible pump motor relay kit.  A std power window relay kits will have a 4 gang fuse box.

Window motor performance is greatly increased, much like with my headlight relay kits, as the window motors will get the voltage they require from better sized wring.  Speed and stop to stop performance is much better.

Introductory pricing for a complete kit will be $275 + shipping until Jan 31, 2016.  After that date, pricing will be $300 + shipping as component pricing is increasing.   International orders welcome! I ship worldwide using primarily the US Postal Service.  International orders welcome!

All items shipped from Indio, CA

Outstanding craftsmanship! If my car had power windows I'd be all over this!

"usraptr" = United States raptor - bird of prey = United States Bald Eagle.  FYI, somebody else thought of it first so I had to drop the "O" in raptor.

If I have crank windows now, which power window units would you recommend with these kits? I would love to have power windows in my Cuda.

Thanks
