thanks for the pricing info. Was that a special or does Summit offer free shipping over $500 or what?

I was considering 16" Torque Thrust II's - so describe the ride/drive difference to us (besides not chewing up tires anymore).

I believe Summit charges only an $8.50 handling fee on all orders, no matter what the price is.  As far as ride difference, there isn't any.  The only real change here was the offset.  I did have 15X8 wheels in the back and 15X7 up front with the Hopsters but with the Rallye wheels I went 15X7 all around, basically because of the trim rings.  They don't make 15X8 trim rings and you wind up having a nice gap if you use the 15X7 trim rings on the 15X8 wheels.  I kept the same tire size as I had before, 255/60/15 in the rear and 215/65/15 in the front.  I wanted to go with 225/60/15 in the front but BFG's don't offer that size in the raised white letters.

Who told you that ?

My Challenger wears those up front just went out and looked to be sure.

BFG's have one of the most versitile range of sizes IMO! I was going to pipe up first, then realized that I have 225/50/14's up front... Oops!

Geez, that sucks.   At least I know  I can get them next time around.  Actually 3 tire places told me that they didn't have that size in white letter, only raised black letter.  That's why I figured it was true.   :eeksmall:
