I didn't know, and just look different to me.  Thanks for letting me know about this option.

Looks a heck of a lot better than Billboards....  Is it my favorite? No... But it's not my car... Obviously it's not your car either... Hopefully it will find someone who does love it.... Or they could use a heat gun & remove the stripes if they don't..... It appears to be a very solid rust free 71 Barracuda, if thats what you want then I'd say it's worth a look... If not....

And if wrong year stripes are silly than why doesn't anyone tell that to all the 72-74 owners that use earlier stripes?

Yes, they come off very easily...  I screwed up laying on the first one and had to do a do-over.  Doesn't take much heat at all to lift up.  Here's a pic without the stripe, before the hood upgrade if it makes your tummy feel better.

the billboards look worse?? lol!!I would tell them all where are they?? its my opinion just like u have yours, so again 71s did not come with it so it looks silly!! looks so much better with no stripe in these pics!!:)

    IMO that stripe should have been designed taller in the rear getting shorter as it got to the front fenders.  Just sayin.

This may be a stupid question but is the is there a fender tag code for this stripe.

I seem to recall it being V4* code.... The * represents a letter that designates the color... X= Black W = White  J = Florescent Green  M = Florescent Pink
