I got kind of a budget built 340 that is turned into a 416 and makes 526hp and 560 torque.
Been beating on it and love it.
Its just a little 340 with a miss

Do you have a build thread with your 340 stroker?  I'd like to hear more about that!  What heads, cam, & rotating assembly are you running?

I picked up a 71 340 short block a few days ago, it's getting hot tanked, sonic & mag checked as of today.

I've been looking at that eBay seller from CO, they sell the 418 kit for 1,900.00.

If you pm me I tell you all what is done. Has no build sheet just a dyno and me and the builder are only who knows what inside.
Wish I would have blueprinted with full documents but that was way to much to record everything.
