Studs on brake pedal mounting assembly?
« on: January 03, 2016 - 12:31:49 PM »
Can someone tell me what the studs coming straight out of the firewall through holes on the brake pedal mounting bracket are for? They don't appear to be used in mounting the bracket itself or the dash. Also, notice the bolt coming through the bracket next to the stud. What bolt should be used there? Thank you.

Those studs are not used whatsoever.

You should have four 1/4-20 bolts/nuts holding the black bracket to your green car. :2cents:
