Any idea why left rear marker and taillight would be dimmer than the right?

I'm assuming that there's a voltage loss somewhere, but wondering if anyone else has run into this and has a good place to start looking... ?

I need to get new headlight and taillight harnesses anyways, but am hoping to postpone yet another $300+ expense for a bit. That and tearing the interior apart as soon as I got my car back on the road. Lol.

X3 Check the marker light case grounding on the rear quarter and tailight case of the bulbs on the tail panel. Are the hazard lights dim too?

x4 for bad ground...or...one of them might have the wrong bulb.

                     If a ground issue is not the prob, check the wires in the wire connector behind the passenger kick panel.

Update on this: Yep. Ground issue on drivers-side taillight. It was actually poor grounding of the metal socket plugging into the light housing. One of those deals where if you just wiggled the plug a bit it would work correctly.

A little wire brushing/scotch brite sanding and bending of the little metal tabs did the trick.
