I'm doing it now in my cuda.  Anyone out there use this in their car?   Gonna have some questions.   Electrical is not exactly my cup o tea. In fact, I get frustrated pretty quick like,   :pulling hair:       It's in the dash, Getting things basically where I want.   So far, not a real big deal.  Butt I'm not thrilled... :thinkerg:  All aftermarket gauges and switches to yo!    :1zhelp:   R/T

Aren't the wires labeled, like on the wires themselves? Wiring is all about the process of elimination; ID, route and layout the wires you know (many are very simple going to/connecting to exactly what they say. After that, you take each wire/s and figure out how they are routed and hooked up.

I've heard from several that it's anything but painless.

M&H is very straightforward and simple to install.

Having a factory wiring diagram will be very helpful as you go thru the process.   :2cents:

The problem is.... it is a universal Mopar harness.  The colors are correct, and they are labeled, but there are no ends on the harness.  So you have to first setup your harness, then move all the ends over.  And since a 69 Charger is different from a 71 Cuda in many different ways electrically, you sometimes have to use the old harness to link the two parts together.

It is far from painless.  But with my build, a 71 Challenger with custom gauges, electric fans, etc... 10 years ago.  It was just about the only option.

I'd suggest contacting member quagmire he did one and generally I dislike aftermarket harnesses because of how they deal with the bulkhead connector... Or more accurately don't deal with the bulk head connector... His solution consists of ampseal connectors & a fabbed plate that seals the hole & mounts the ampseal connectors... A very high quality solution....
