Here you go Blown Motor:

2016 OFFICIAL "Basic Rundown"
Before we lay it out let's please understand this is VERY basic. Plans change often, especially as it gets closer and neat ideas pop up. But for those of you who are looking to figure out a week and what direction we are heading here it is.
We are going north! August 13th through 21st
Leaving out of the Mopar Nationals in August we wind our way into the Rock 'n' Roll Hall of Fame, The Walter P Chrysler Museum and others. The week finds us heading towards none other than the infamous Woodward Dream Cruise in Detroit! Robert Wolf informed me that the weekend there is ridiculous, full of mom mobile's and newbies. He recommended that Wednesday night is the best time to actually get to cruise the "cruise of all cruises"! From there it's a two day trek around the Big lake, some high-speed jaunts and some twisties as we work our way towards Niagara Falls. The weekend finds us spending an afternoon at Mopar Fest in Canada! With more details on all of that to come!
There's the basic folks, Vehicular Vacation #2, The Rapid Transit Tour 2016!
Expect more updates as they are worked out. We will be posting hotels, dates, concert venues and more as the information is available.
 CYA down the road!

No, I'll be at Woodward all week.  Dave is wrong.  Wednesday is a horrible day for the cruise.

Wednesday is Roadkill Nights at the Silverdome.  Nobody is cruising Woodward.  That's the place to be that day.  Thursday/Friday is when you want to cruise Woodward.  Saturday is just a parking lot.

Thursday/Friday is when you want to cruise Woodward.  Saturday is just a parking lot.

I've cruised Woodward Friday and Saturday 3 times.

Saturday is the day to cruise in a cool car. Inside lane is for driving through, Outside lane is for stop and go cruising. I stay in the outside lane because that is why I'm there, to cruise on Saturday.

I like to go on Thursday or Friday . . . Saturday is a little to busy for me as well.  One year I took a bike on Saturday to make my way around more quickly . . . 13 mile is the MOPAR display and a must see!  Rob the cruise sounds like fun . . . I will probably join in at some point!

Yeah, I've been to the last two Woodward Dream Cruise "Weeks".  And it took me 2 hours to go from one end to the other from Pontiac to Detroit.  I had CO2 headaches from sitting in traffic to long!

You can see Saturday here....

I went on the cruise last year with the Mopar Maniacs. Started in North Carolina, toured the NRA museum, air and space museum, Normandy memorial, Foreigner/ Kid Rock concert, all ending at Carlisle. It all ended up in MCG.
Great group to hang with. Plan to go to Niagra Fslls and the Canada Mopar show Dave!
