    Ok, I see that some of you are better than me (and many others) at finding ebodies.   :banghead:  I look in the local paper, ebay, moparts, and the other misc. spots with old mopars for sale.  I can only seem to find cars that are already restored (or in the proccess) and ones that have been found and now for sale for above top dollar.  :pissed:

    Where did you guys find you cars?  Is there better places to look than others?

    I don't want to steal one, I would just like some help finding a nice 71 cuda or 70 / 71 challenger in good shape for a fair price that I can either drive away or take a trailer to pick up.  10k would be great, 15 to 20k is probably where I will end up.... and that's ok with me, for the right car.

    DOES ANYONE KNOW OF A CAR THAT FITS THAT DESCRIPTION?

    Just saw a driveable 70 CHallenger in R/T garb sell for $13K on Ebay

    Saw that one....Nice car!  Someone will be very happy!

    Maybe I'm to picky.   :coffee:  But I would rather pay more and get a BS or JS coded car, even if it's not a numbers matching.

    If the Numbers dont match, the codes on the car probably dont matter a whole lot anyway ?    :dontknow:

    That's a good point Robb.  :thumbs: CODY, I know alot of people bash E-Bay, but there are some nice cars out there that fall thru the cracks. Just as long as you aren't looking for a Hemi, or a convertible, you might find something nice. Hey, if you do find a car worth bidding on, you can always post the link here for us to comb thru for you.

    Just go Cruise thru the ads at Hemmings.com.   Thatll make eBay look like a fire sale.   :beer:

    Aint that the truth, Hemmings has gotten way out of hand, used to be a good place for fair deals.
    I found my '73 off E-bay, despite a few small surprizes with it it wound up being a good deal compaired to others I've seen.
    Patience is the key word, and as much research as possible.

    oops....

    I always unplug the phone when I go to bed at night, I forgot to plug it back in this AM, sorry.

    The one I know of was originally a 318 car, now has a 440-6.
