Hilarious eBay seller, think this guy has an anger problem
« on: January 28, 2016 - 09:00:18 PM »
I was looking at making an offer from an ebay seller who had listed "free shipping" in the title then listed shipping at $12.95 in the shipping area. So, to clear up any questions before making an offer I send the following message---

eBay
New message to: lemontwist70
I have been watching your auction and was contemplating making an offer, but re read the listing and the title says free shipping, then later in the listing it states $12.95 for shipping. Can you clear this up and let me know, and also what is the lowest offer you would take?

thanks

Here is what the goof ball replied with, LOL

Well there....let me clue you in.
I have been dealing with Mopar people way longer than anyone would consider healthy.
In case you haven't figured them/us out yet..let me explain.
They are tight as bark on a tree and don't know a good bargain when they see one.....and even when they do get a good bargain...they never seem to be happy.
You, obviously...also do not know a good bargain when it slaps you right in the face....that's why I am gonna block you as a bidder and let someone who really wants it...get the chance to buy it. All over you being whiny about shipping...if the shipping kept you from bidding...then little man...you are in way over your head and need to keep to hot wheels and matchbox cars....leave the big cars to the guys that have cash and dont mind paying small money for a rare item..
Good luck finding another set for $60 + shipping....
BTW...dont feel bad...I have blocked 14 other people who I deemed a little too stingy or stupid.

I thought it was hilarious, this guys spring is wound up way too tight. WHy have a Best Offer, if he takes this attitude.

Then to top it off, he relisted the parts and excluded the free shipping to my registered State and the ones bordering it, LOL, just can't believe this guy----

Here is the link, have a look a good evening laugh. Makes ya want to buy something from him   :smilielol: :roflsmiley:

After his very unprofessional tantrum and attitude  :screwy: :screwy: :screwy: , I wouldn't give him a nickle for them.  :smilielol: :smilielol: :roflsmiley: :roflsmiley:

Some sellers think they are like gold, not sure why.

There was a set of scoops, the insert and the gaskets that just sold for $55. I thought that was a very good price.  :2cents:

He actually says no shipping, wonder if he means no free or no at all.

He added the large bold message to the bottom of his listing after I asked about the conflict of Free shipping and also stating shipping was $12.95. I am sure he checked my info and then excluded my State of Washington and the surrounding states so I couldn't have a buddy buy them. Little does he know, they would be shipped to Nevada anyway. I think he was in the sauce a little heavy. LOL

Here is what he added and that says NO shipping to the listed states.

Free shipping to the lower 44 states except there is no shipping to Washington State, Oregon, California or Idaho

Thanks for sharing, I had a good laugh at his expense. I noticed his ad was corrected to reflect Free shipping in both places, he should be thanking you. BTW, there is an inactive member here with that nickname.

I actually checked the membership here before sharing. If he had been active, I would have extended an olive branch and politely asked if he was just having a less than stellar day. The same handle is also used on another site, with "1" post.   I treat others the way I hope to be treated.
