Rear sway bar brackets to frame: Who sells them?

I'm going to be looking on selling my rear sway bar set up.

No time to get the brackets off.
Are they being re produced? Classic Industries and Year One do not show them available.

With a factory rear sway bar the mounting brackets can not be removed from the bar without drilling the spot welds, at least not without destroying the bushings.

Classic Industries once showed them available. 
I was searching earlier and found it and now I can't find it.
Showed out of stock.

The only thing close to stock that I've found is the frame brackets from Firm Feel.  They're shown on their website as part of a complete sway bar kit but based on a recent email exchange I had with them they will sell the frame brackets separately ($100/set).

The sway bar bracket to frame are mounted with 4 bolts per side and you can't pull the bar without them? Are you just zip cutting them off, that would take longer than undoing them?

It turns out I will get the brackets off this week.

WIW, a complete rear sway bar set up? Everything OEM re furbisehed.

I can only add my experience here. In 2014 I saw them w/axle plates BUT minus the links and NOT refurbished for $200.00 to $250.00. That same summer I sold a rusty setup (no links) for $200.00. He got the friend of a friend price. Complete setups are getting rarer and rarer to find every year too. I don't think you're off at all with the $350.00+ area. If it looks real nice with no pitting maybe even more.

I did get the brackets off.
The sway bar and the brackets were powdercoated before.
I have all the correct hardware for it as well.
