I have never been to this event before and thinking about attending for the first time this year. What should I expect? What do I need to know? Any and all opinions welcome.

If your needing parts get there early on Thursday to get the best selection. I usually get there around noon. If you see something rare you want, don't walk away to think about it. It won't be there when you come back.  Bring a good pair of shoes and keep a cooler full of ice and drinks to stay hydrated as it's always hot!

This is when we have our club meet.  We have a club tent where we all hang out!  Last year Viperboy brought 2 mini kegs of beer and provided lunch on Saturday!  Great time to meet some of the awesome members here on the site!

Also a lot of us stay in the same hotel group and have nightly parking lot parties with pizza on Friday and then a dinner on Saturday night somewhere local in PA.

3000 + ?

I think 2000 is the limit Brad. Anyway, more walking than anyone needs for a weekend, especially if you are looking to find parts in the vendors area.

It is over 2500 cars!  A lot for sure!

First of all.. Its pretty freaking cool. Mopar heaven, its huge you cannot see everything in one day, not if you really want to take it in. I make a point every year to at least go up one day. I usually love to take off work on Friday and go up. Friday and Saturday are the best days. If you are getting a hotel get it early. I live close enough I just drive up each day.

I think Ed told me that he had over 2600 cars last year.
