It has always been the first weekend after the 4th of July. I'm not sure why the change this year.

Brad, wishful thinking on it being cooler.   :eek4:

Parking is usually first come first serve. I usually try to park close too. Sometimes doing so puts me in the wrong place for judging but that doesn't matter much to me.

Depending on how many cars there are, one year the staff came around and was making people move that were not in the proper class parking area . . . . the tent is located in the ebody area so most of the time we are all close to the tent.

Were not interested in judging either. OK, so we register the car in the E body section then fight for position.   :roflsmiley:  Works for us.   :2thumbs:  Thx.  :rebel:

You can park anywhere on Friday. It's just one year when we had a full lot of cars that the Carlisle people got snippy on Saturday, which is voting day for cars.    :dunno:

It's gate 3. The tent will be somewhere slightly to the right of the first stop sign you will see when you drive in. It might be a row or two over, but they should have a sign saying that's our grounds for the weekend. Oh, I can't wait! I missed seeing you guys last year.

Mark,

let me make a clearer picture for you. After you make that right at the first stop sign when you get into the fairgrounds, our club tent will be on the left. It maybe 2 or 3 rows in? They will have a small sign to say what tent we actually have. Hopefully the tent is BIG!

I look forward to meeting you to. Gosh, It will be nice to meet someone that traveled so far.

Thanks Mike. We were there last year but not with the car. This year were shipping her up on Reliable, going to stay at the Radisson Inn. So thinking we will fly in Wed. Have car delivered to Hotel Thurs then take it straight to the fairgrounds. I'm assuming it's safe to leave it there for 3 days.  :clueless:  We going to have a rental car to run around in.
