Thanks Mike. We were there last year but not with the car. This year were shipping her up on Reliable, going to stay at the Radisson Inn. So thinking we will fly in Wed. Have car delivered to Hotel Thurs then take it straight to the fairgrounds. I'm assuming it's safe to leave it there for 3 days.  :clueless:  We going to have a rental car to run around in.

I'd just drive it back and forth from the show and forget the rental car. I'd rather keep an eye on my car at the motel rather than leaving it at the show?

Some people do leave their cars at the show all weekend. I can't speak of the Carlisle security, but hopefully they have people watching the show-field 24/7.

We registered the car today, and decided we will leave it on the show field covered at night. I have hidden systems installed so it can't be started, or pulled.  Plus the best insurance money can buy. So we plan on flying in Wed, have car delivered to the hotel Thurs and take it straight to the fairgrounds.  5 months away and I'm already getting pumped.    :bananasmi   :cooldancing:

Parking is usually first come first serve. I usually try to park close too. Sometimes doing so puts me in the wrong place for judging but that doesn't matter much to me.

Brad, you going again this year? Driving your Challenger? I'd love to get a good in person look at it.

Carlisle does have security 24/7. Please park in the area designated for your car's class. Ed goes to a lot of trouble making the showfield layout.
