    What is this little metal tag?

    What is this little metal tag hanging on the fender tag screw. I have never seen one on any other cuda.

    Don't loose it. Leave it on.  If you don't like the razor blade hanging out, tuck it under your fender tag.  What is the letter stamped through it?
