I'd probably buy a repop Cuda door shell if one was available. My door skin "lip" is rotted out and I'll need to make up a new one for it when I re-skin it.

I'd have to find a clean used one and hope it doesn't have the same problem.

we are in a great time for mopar repro parts and it's about to get even better in the next few years as 3d printing techniques get more refined and the printers become cheaper. someday we'll see a shop like Roseville being able to just print the parts as they are ordered for many items. will also make it a ton easier to print the small parts that no one bothers tooling for now. as long as you can 3d scan an original, there shouldn't be anything they can eventually do

1970-1971 Challenger convertible FULL rear quarter belt molding for top of quarter.
Not the 3/4 long chrome piece that only covers part of the top of the quarter panel but the piece that covers to the edge of the quarter to top of the door.
This piece is reproduced for Cuda convertibles, but not the Challenger
It was the same trim used if the trim package was ordered for Challengers (top of doors, back of fenders and hood chrome-SE type), but need the full rear quarter convertible piece.
Note top rear quarter molding on convertible pic

They don't make those? I got 2 new pieces with my Challenger when I bought it.

Are yours the 5" long ones or the about 12" long ones?   They did reproduce them briefly back in the late 90's they didn't last long.... The Cuda ones stayed in production...

About 5", goes towards the door, not stainless steel, they are cast and chromed.

The 12" ones are the rare/hard to find ones. They were used on cars that got the trim on the top of the doors, SE molding.   :clueless: I believe the shorter ones are re-popped, but not the longer ones.

I think I'm wrong, I might have the 12" ones (I'm a metric guy so with inches I have to think twice...). I do have the SE package with the doortrims though so it's gotta be the longer ones.

"But my wife told me this was 12 Inches!!"    (sorry, could'nt resist that...)
