Rear bumper guards

I need to buy these two things missing from the rear bumper and I don't know the exact English term.
I think it might be "rear bumper guards" - I found something at AMD -
http://www.autometaldirect.com/-c-24_46.html
- The whole kit including bumper guards, brackets and cushions is $230. Am I missing something?
At Mancini they have
http://www.manciniracing.com/19chrebugup.html
- these are just metal chrome parts. There is no description at any of the sites, so what should I get?
And, of course, if anyone knows where can I get them for a reasonable price in the EU, please let me know.

Do I need to get the brackets and cushions or this is enough? I don't understand what are these two other items for.

Cushions are only used on cars with front & rear guards... Looking at your picture it appears the brackets are still there... Your missing the formed washer but before I paired $40 I'd use a regular washer....
