Maybe this is an option? Would it be cheaper for him to have the car finished in Canada?   At least if it's finished it will bring a lot more money....or you can have it done and shipped home to you.

Nope. Not the same car. This car is not yet advertised. I will run it on eBay in a couple of weeks. Need to take pics on all stuff first.

The car is at a friends house in CA now, he is going to go through it and take pics on all parts. New interior is already done from Legendary he said.
