Sorry to hear it didn't work out with the Charger NZ.  She sure did look perfect in the pictures.  I am glad you made the right decision.

I'm actually looking at a 1973 Cuda 340 (450hp) #'s car at the moment. He wants starting bid $35,000  :( :( :(  :grinno:

Nope, thats why the price is sooo high.  ;) He's asking too much. $35K is what the final bid should be not the starting one.
He's hoping for too much. I've emailed and asked for photos, VIN, REG etc to se how good it is...in the photos on the site it's about a 8-1/2 out of 10 car so it would make a good daily driver. If I like what I see I "may" offer him $35K and remind him that NO ONE has ever offered him anything and that he has sold/auctioned the car off heaps with no bites. But I'm only curious at the moment.

The car keep-s growing on me though..... :grinyes:

Yip, but $1 value to you is still $1 to us. When we talk prices we're talking the same. This car would still be $35K in the US.

If how ever I came to America or you came here then the prices would convert. Your dollars stronger, thats all.  ;)

I'm sure that car would not be a 35K car on this continent.

I would think it would be lucky to be a 25K car.

I know it wouldn't even be close!  :grinno:

What I'm saying is when we speak money like if I got a CD player and it was $50 it would be $50 to you guys also....the values are the same.

The 73 would be lucky to get $18K US.

rite, lets say a charger cost $10000 over here and $7000 over there (not a very good one) both of those prices are more or less the same because of what the people in their respective countries earn (on average)

you get it now?
