Start with the spark test into and out of the distributor for now. This should narrow things down to localize your problem. It's simple toubleshooting logic. One test at a time is how the pros do it.

Now I'm getting a delayed spark from the coil. It'll make a spark then stop

Do you have an accurate voltmeter (preferably digital) that you can use to check voltage at the coil positive terminal?

I got it figured out, just didn't have the ECU grounded completely. I honestly feel like a moron. Thanks for the help!

Anything else to check?

Your sanity...
Then go back to step 1, 2, etc...
Removing the warning labels one at a time.
Nature will take care of the rest.

:clapping: Congrats! Add one of these Dorman ground straps or equivalent from a bolt on the engine block to one of the ECU mounting bolts. Also there should be one on each frame rail to the bell housing.  It will improve the ground path to the battery. The factory used them but the straps can get disconnected and lost over the years.
