Does anyone have a picture or know where the wires go on the headlight harness? I just can't figure out

Put up some pics, then it will be easy to point you in the right direction.

It's like a round long plug in piece and another littler black plug in piece. One on each side?

I would love to help but I really am not sure what you are referring to, is this end by lights or something else?

Yes by lights, I found out one went on turn signals but there is a rounded plug that I have no idea where it belongs

Most harnesses have an extra round female connector for fender mount turn signal indicators. Just let it be if you don't have them.
