My Challenger is Go Mango with tan interior and one of the reasons I bought it (because it's not black or white)

I personally prefer the tan interior on Go Mango cars.

Can't find a pic. Sorry.

Those are really cool also.

Tan is definitely nice. I hadn't thought of that. White is nice too. I should ask him if he was going to stripe the car or put the vinyl top back on. In my opinion, I think it looks kinda strange to have black accents outside with a white interior so he should take it all into consideration if he chooses white inside. Appreciate all the feedback and pics. I'm sending him screenshots of some of it.

My car came with a white interior.. I really liked it... cool in the summer... BUT... an effort to keep clean... I have black recaro-type front seats (for improved comfort/handling, etc)...   I have the original white seats bagged/in storage, perfect condition) considering having a full-custom interior eventually done... leaning towards all black.. simply for the relief of getting away from the hassle of cleaning a white interior (door panels, etc).

I had a 70 Mach 1 back in the day, Kelly Green, white interior. I was a snot nose mechanic working for JCP Auto Center. I used every interior cleaner that the auto parts stores sold, to no avail. Then one day I was in the grocery store, cleaning isle, and I spotted Scrubbing Bubbles bathroom cleaner.  Made the 2 year old seats look like new   :woohoo: I keep a couple cans in the shop even now.  Nice clean smell too !!!!     :rebel:

Mr Clean Magic Erasers work well too... but the threads get stained & nothing gets those clean....  So the vinyl is bright white but the stitching is still gray & dirty looking...

Hmm, the threads should be a nylon material, something should clean them. Have you tried a bleach type cleaner? Worst case, white paint pen... just saying.

Both of my E bodies have black interiors as does my Viper and 10 Challenger. My 52 B3B has a sort of tan, black and blue interior. I was thinking of going with Tan in my 70 Roadrunner whenever I get to that.

White looks awesome but sounds like a nightmare.  I can't even count how many times I've been working on my car and has completely black hands from oil and dirt

Do you have more pictures of your interior?

I had an Olds Cutlass with a white interior that was filthy, I bought some Fantastic a soft brush and it cleaned it up like new. I love white interiors and in the orange car it would look great. There are some things that will not come out of white vinyl but if you are careful you don't have to worry about it, ink or markers. I thought about doing my interior two tone black and white to match the white top but opted for the stock black... still think about it though.

NOS Salt & Pepper cloth inserts with White vinyl surrounding it... Originally this cloth was surrounded with black vinyl but I felt the white would have more visual appeal....
