What rim sizes would this tire fit? How would it look?

assume your talking 255-70r15 as your earlier post about stock steel wheels would be 15"

Seems to me these would be disproportionately tall sidewalls for the tread width for a car...more like something you'd see on an SUV ... could work on the rear but on the front would probably rub fender

255/70x15's are 29" tall. I ran them on 15x8" wheels for a while because I was running a 4.30 gear. I really didn't care for the way they looked, as stated above, too tall and narrow. I ended up putting them on my dakota and switched to a 3.91 gear and 275/60x15's.

I'm just curious but would they fit on a 15x10" wheel?

The few tires of this size I can find call for a MAX 8.5" wide rim so a 10" is probably stretching it so to speak..

So 255/70/15 on back with what size 14 on the front? The whe is a 14x7

235-60r15 would be safe but there are other options depending on backspacing of wheels

I got the back tires on. They look great but now I need front tires. Kinda want a skinnier tire but also want traction. What size?

There are a couple nice tire size calculators on the tire shop websites. I had to figure this out for a car a while back and just started playing with the different numbers until I found what I liked.

For instance: I'd enter 195/65r/15 and it would provide the precise height, tread width, sidewall, and suggested rim width.  Then, if you want something a hair taller and wider re enter 205/65r/15. If the numbers were not quite looking right, I might try changing the 65r to 60r or 70r and start over with 205 then 215. The last number of 15 is just the rim diameter. If you drop it to 14, everything else changes so it helps to decide this first.
