hard to tell from pics but isn't that bracket supposed to be inside the bell housing?

The ball stud is on a thread bolt that bolts right through the hole with a bolt on the backside. I had to go buy a bolt and washer to finish install.

For anyone interested I tapped the hole and utilized the stock ebody ball stud.

The bracket is inside the bell, not by much though. Just enough to make it hard to get to everything.

Hello I know this is an old post but i'm having issue with quick time fork, can't get the throw out bearing centered, after reading this post I thought it may be the bracket which one is everyone using? Ebody hemi. any help would be greatly appreciated.
