Do you have music going while you work?  If so, what do you listen to?  I don't see any stereo equipment or speakers.

I ended up buying an AMD one without spoiler cut-outs. Ordered it on a Friday, got it the following Monday from a local CDN vendor who had it in stock.

Alan Are you just going to make your own spoiler cut-outs for it? If so how do you go about doing it on your restos? Obvious answer I'm sure, but figured never hurts to ask even the dumb questions.

Here's the deal....I'm doing two consecutive VIN Challengers for the same owner. The MOST important aspect of the restorations is that both cars be restored to appear the same as if they were built at the same time.

45 years after the fact I can not confirm with 100% certainty that the trunk lids on the cars were original however the one I believe to be original had spoiler cut-outs, the other one DID NOT have spoiler cut-outs.THEREFORE I decided to buy two new AMD trunk lids with spoiler cut-outs.

Neither car was factory equipped with a rear spoiler so it doesn't really matter.

After closer inspection I learned that the AMD lid has spoiler cut-outs for both the T/A spoiler and the pedestal type spoiler. AMD lids were also out of stock.

The one original lid I do have ONLY has cut-outs for the pedestal type spoiler.

THEREFORE....The AMD lid with cut-outs would not be correct either.....

Long story short...I made the executive decision to buy AMD lids with-out spoiler cut-outs and since neither car has a spoiler, I'm just going to leave the deck lids as they are. At least both cars will be the same. They both also have the incorrect 71+ hood on them too.

With a total of now 81 hours assembly time after logging only 21 hours since last Tuesday..... no wonder I don't make any money at this... .... The list of things to do is getting pretty short....Waiting for my glass guy to get up here and install the windshield/back glass and I still need to install the exhaust, add the shaker and we're good to go.
I think I finally found a distributor so hopefully I'll get that soon.
