I bet a lot of city/urban areas have an ordinance like this.

"Prima facie evidence of such disproportional revolution shall include skid marks or tire marks left by such tire upon the pavement, or smoke produced by such revolution."

I still like to create "disproportional revolutions" of my 235-60-15 TA Radials on some occasions. Have to be careful of the venue of such disproportional actions!
