Here's the short story. I was recently diagnosed with the big "C". I am doing well and may actually be free of the disease for now. The point of telling you all this is I came to realize that maybe I should get some affairs in order so my toys aren't left for my family to deal with if something were to happen to me. My wife and son don't need to deal with my "stuff". So I am seriously considering selling my Challenger and picking up a Hellcat to satisfy my need for speed. It is my belief that the Hellcat would be much more easily liquidated if the need arises. I am looking for some input on what I should start off with as an asking price for my Challenger. Here are a few of the details.
It is a '71 Convertible, Citron Yella with a white top and white interior. Lots of sheet metal has been replaced (floor pans, quarters, fenders). It also has a shaker hood and R/T stripes. The drive train is a 472 Hemi with an Eagle crank and rods, Comp Cam, Indy intake with EZ-Electronic fuel injection and MSD ignition, TTI 3 inch exhaust with stainless steel tips, 727 trans with Transgo forward shift manual valve body so the factory slap-stik could be retained, Dana 60 with 3.54 sure grip. Disc brakes at all four corners, Goodyear tires 275-60-15 on the rear and 245-60-15 up front on Ralleye wheels.
The car is in very good condition and runs great. I can post more pictures but here are a couple for now.
