Hi Jeff! Nice score! Wasn't that car on the St Lou Craigslist? IIRC, I think I saw it there? I liked it, and when the weekend came I looked for it again so I could go see it, but the ad was gone. You moved pretty quick on this one :grinyes:  Are you going to replace your blue '73 with this one? Taking it out to any local events anytime soon? I look forward to checking it out.
Cheers!

Hi Tom yes it was on St Lou Craigslist so you did see it but someone was flagging the ad so it would come and go. I was in contact with the owner for 3 days and went to have a look on Saturday. I drove the car looked it over and ended up buying and bringing home the same day before I had a chance to change my mind. I did not like the non power disc brakes and have put power brakes back on it. It needed a alignment and ended up I could not get enough caster so I have already put adjustable upper control arms on it and changed some gas line fittings that were not sealing right as I plan to drive it very often. I still have my B5 73 and have no plans right now to sell it as it has just had most of the bugs worked out of it, runs great, and AC will freeze you out. I hope to make it to some of the local shows and cruise nights but being on 2nd shift makes it hard. Hope to see you soon.

After putting about 500 miles on the Challenger and 3 car shows I decided to detail the rear end and change out the rear springs with a espo 1 inch over set. I also decided to swap out the 3.91 3rd member for 3.23 to see how it will do on the road for gas mileage when I take it to the Nats. I had not been able to get over 20mpg and want to see if it will do better. I know I lost some low end power but I can't see me going down the race track with it anyway and the Hemi still seems to run fine. Here are a few pictures before the spring change and some after for everyone to have a look.

You better put a lot of junk in the trunk. Look how high it sits compared to your Cuda
