driver manifold passenger header question
« on: May 17, 2016 - 10:49:55 PM »
I have replaced the header on the driver side with a manifold 2463107 when I had to replace the starter.

I have a passenger manifold 2532464 to go on that is cleaned are ready to install.

What would it be like if I left it with manifold on the drivers side and the header on the passenger side ?

I'm guessing different exhaust pulses , maybe smoothness , idle etc.

Have ordered TTI head pipes today.

Besides the visual and the question of why?
I imagine at low rpm and low load situations it would not be an issue. Start pushing it and there could be balance issues.

Not planning to do, was just looking at it one day in that condition and said hmmm.
Probably be a strange exhaust noise ,

I knew a woman in Akron Ohio who had long hair one side and shaved bald on other side of head.
It was like talking to two different people when she looked at you where you only saw one side.

Knew a guy like that back in the 70s. Shaved one side and a total full head and mullet on the other half.

Yes, pipes are ordered, have to start disassemble of passenger side header and all.
May remove all AC items as they are in the way, does not cool well and is just in the way.
