Installing Chrome Bumpers

Just bought a new set of Keystone bumpers and will have the car back next week, so I want to replace the painted ones on the car with the new chrome ones.
I'm leaving the rails/ brackets in place, so my take on this is basically 4 bolts on each bumper right?
Any tricks or tips on making this as pain-free and easy as possible?

My install experience.......put some large washers between the bumper and the bracket as when I tightened down the bolt on the first set of bumpers I bought...the chrome cracked.  The washer makes for a flat surface for the bolt to pull against. Put on a lock washer under the nut and don't over tighten................That's my experience anyway..............

Not sure how you can replace the front ones without removing the brackets unless a 70 is different than a 74.

It will be difficult to reach all four bumper bolts on the front and rear....pack a lot of patience
