1970 barracuda gauge light bar

Where does the gauge light bar get power and ground from?  All the fuses seem good

the power is fed from the headlight switch into the dimmer switch & into the light circuit which is orange . often the dimmer switch will have cuntact problems with the roller variable resister , the light bar plugs into the Orange tri plug behind the dash above the radio BTW
 If you need to replace or rebuild the switch contact Jim @ JSRestorations  he will rebuild it for you .

Thank you for the reply,  so since my headlights, park lights work correctly and the dimmer switch works correctly it would be safe to assume the problem lies after the dimmer switch or a bad ground?   I'm also assuming there is a ground strap for the cluster?

Also since you mentioned the radio,  it isn't working either

Be aware there is another fuse for the dash lights, they are fed from the headlight switch through the park light fuse but the power from the headlight switch goes back to the fuse box & passes through another fuse that is only powered when the parking lights are on......

ground is just the light panel touching the dash frame

This also means the screws attaching the bar have to have scraped off some of the paint from the light bar.
