I pulled into the slow lane blocking traffic in order for him to catch up to the vette he was riding with.
Talked to him at the restaurant, Twin Peaks, where they valet parked themselves right up front, Yes, only bad thing he told me was the local car show was booted out of the shopping center they had been at.
Niftee 50's is its name, they had approach our company about possibly using a parking lot we have nearby, it was not feasible at the time. May try again to see if one of our properties would work to hold the Sat night events.

Removing the warning labels one at a time.
Nature will take care of the rest.

Yes it literally poured most of the trip to the show. The skies cleared for a few hours, the show was good ,then it rained again, drove about 20 miles in rain on the way home then it cleared and was sunny. I had way more fun than I would have if I would have been afraid to get the car wet. I always say "Wipers were not optional equipment in 1970!!!"

I thought these cars melted in the rain.  Maybe its just the trailer queens that melt.  Looks like a lot of fun.

Yesterday, I was coming back from seeing the latest Jack Reacher movie (not as good as the first imo) and came across this. After a quick check on Google images, it appears to be a 1935 Plymouth. The traffic was getting thick so I had no time to catch anyone's attention for a thumbs up - still, a Mopar :)
