after the first run and setting the ignition timing. turned off and sterted up the engine 3-4 times , on 5 time start -
engine shakes and strange noise, took off valve cover and found that several pushrods are not tight enough (you can rotate them with your fingers ) , again adjusted all valves, not to 4/8 turn like the first time, now its at 5/8 ... then once started the engine - all good
2 months after, I decided last night to drive the car to assembly of the exhaust system(hard to work with this monster in side garage on open headers)))) , it's only 2 miles from the garage , I burned one ignition wire 100feet away from of their gates (, accel say that their wire hold 800 degrees - a lie ) but the fact that after the replacement of the wires turned out that this is not a misfire ! again took off valves cover now !!!3!!! pushrods pop out!! i think(i did not take them out - but i will next week) but it looks like Upon further examination, we will find several (meaning about 6 to
of the lifter plungers had "hung up" and were about 3/16" down inside the bore of the lifter casting stuck in the down position
