They supplied the bushings & the shafts? The .93 is the ID of the bushing? & the .8 is the O/D of the shaft where the bushing rides? I have no parts here so this is just a guess, Std rubber bushings have an inner sleeve made of steel, it probably has an O/D of .93 & an ID of .8.... So next you'll discover the bushing OD is smaller the the hole in the control arm... Again the steel sleeve from a stock bushing would take up the space... Surprised Hotchkis would get that wrong but it sure seems like they did...
