A bench seat car with no radio would have two less codes than the first tag and would be the shortest you could get on an E-Body.

No Radio, BUT it is an A93 with Buckets and a 198 Slant 6 (E22), kinda rare.

Okay it's not the shortest, but it is pretty sparse and it has an interesting (at least to me) VON. The VON starts with three zeros - never seen one like that before.
