Seam Sealer

Looking to find the best seam sealer(s) to use.

I assume I will need a self leveling style for the drip rails, and a thicker one for sealing floor pans, cowl areas, door joints etc.

Any suggestions on what to get?

I don't mind paying top dollar for a good product.

For the floors  and cowl trunk :   I like using plumbers acid brushes for application in tight spots  or narrow seams and paint stirrers work well to tool wide seams

That 2 part sealer requires a special gun doesn't? What the best place to obtain one?
