1971 Cuda steering column wiring/mystery plug

Can anyone tell me what the 3 wire pigtail plug is for coming out of my steering column on my 71' Cuda???
sixty percent of the time it works everytime............

I think I figured it out if anyone is interested.... I believe it's for the cruise control option..
sixty percent of the time it works everytime............

No it is actually for the side / turning lights used on C body cars but it can be cut off

Thanks for the help guys... I did also see it was for turning lights after I posted..Now I know why it was not plugged in to anything on my Cuda LOL
