I just did this on my Charger and it was a PITA. I installed FatMat first, best bang for your buck. I also layed the carpet out in the sun for 3-4 hrs to relax. I would start with the back, not glue it down and trim up the sides. I would recommend putting in the seat belt bolts or something to hold it down because it will keep moving on you when you try to install the front. I used a heated punch for the holes, did a nice job going through and "sealing" the hole with the carpet. When you set the front, make sure the carpet goes up the firewall enough so you don't see it and wiring. Then cut out your brights button and trans hole. The trim up the sides. Just take your time to make it right.
